Treasure The Time That You Have- Do Not Waste It Feeling Hurt or Angry

While we cannot often control what happens to us and the fact that many things will have a negative impact on our lives, we can control how we respond. 

It is okay to feel hurt, sad, anger, and pain. That is how we are wired. 

However, after dealing with the initial shock of something, we do have the power to chose to not let the sad or negative situation control our lives.

Allow yourself to grieve- to be angry- to hurt. 

Then, take the steps needed and get help to be able to work through the pain instead of letting it keep you from living a life of abundance!
