Help To Be The Sunshine For Our World and God! It Helps To Spread Hope!

When we experience something good in life, we want to share it with others.

When we have personally experienced the love, goodness, and grace of God, we can share our testimonies with others. It is a way of spreading the gospel and it is a way to give others hope!

Be the light for others to see.
Be the sunshine for Jesus!

Follow Your Intuition - You Know What is Right Deep Inside!

Our gut instinct is almost always correct.

It is good to run things by others when in doubt.

However, when you really feel like you know the answer to something that you have been questioning in your life- you will not need to run it by anyone else.

It will just feel that right!

Hold on to Hope - Reach out For Help

Are you having a difficult time coping with life right now?

I know that it can be difficult and that sometimes it feels like there is no hope in sight.

Hold on to the idea of having hope and of things getting better.

Try and do what you can with what you have control over and then let go of the rest.

Reach out to someone who you trust. Talk to someone. It helps to talk and share your feelings.

Take that first step of getting out of the darkness by telling someone how you are having a difficult time. Do not keep it bottled up inside.

There is hope. There is help.

You Can Respond to Difficulties in a Positive Way- Choose to!

We may not be able to help it when something happens to us and it is upsetting to us.

However, we always have a choice in how we respond to difficult situations as well as how we respond to negative people.

Choose to not let negative people and/ or situations bring you down. Demonstrate positive self-talk and do the best that you can and let go of what you do not have control over.

Have a Teachable Mind and Heart- Explore Life!

Do you know it all? Do you think that you know it all? Are you set in your ways and not open to learning more about life and other beliefs?

While it is good to have a value system and to believe in what makes you - you, it is also good to always be open to continuing to learn.

Try living with having an open and teachable mind and heart!

Be open to exploring life and other views!

Even if you do not believe in another way of seeing something, you may gain a better  understanding of why others believe as they do.

Grow- Learn- Explore- Live!

Learn The 7 Stages Of Grief- There is Help and Hope/ Free Support Groups

  1. SHOCK & DENIAL-
You may react to learning of a loss with disbelief. You may deny the reality of the loss at some level to be able to avoid the pain. Shock can provide emotional protection from being overwhelmed all at once. This may last for weeks.
  2. PAIN & GUILT-
As the shock begins to wears off, it is replaced with the suffering of unbelievable pain. Although it is excruciating and almost unbearable, it is important that you experience the pain fully, and not hide it, avoid it or escape from it with alcohol or drugs.

You may also have guilty feelings or remorse over things you did or didn't do with your loved one. Life feels chaotic and scary during this phase.
  3. ANGER & BARGAINING-
Frustration paves the way to anger and you may lash out and place unwarranted blame for the death on someone else. Try your best to control this, as permanent damage to your relationships may result. This is a time for the release of bottled up emotion.

You may also start to think- "Why me?" You may also try to bargain in vain with the powers that be for a way out of your despair ("I will never drink again if you just bring him back")
  4. "DEPRESSION", REFLECTION, LONELINESS-
Just when your friends may think you should be getting on with your life, a long period of sad reflection may likely overtake you. This is a normal stage of grief, so do not be "talked out of it" by well-meaning outsiders. During this time, you finally realize the true magnitude of your loss, and it depresses you. You may isolate yourself on purpose, reflect on things you did with your lost one, and focus on memories of the past. You may sense feelings of emptiness or despair. This is normal to feel this way.
  5. THE UPWARD TURN-
As you start to adjust to life without your loved one, your life becomes a little calmer and more organized. Your physical symptoms will lessen, and your "depression" will begin to lift slightly.
  6. RECONSTRUCTION & WORKING THROUGH-
As you become more functional, your mind will start working again and you will find yourself seeking realistic solutions to problems posed by life without your loved one. You will start to work on practical and financial problems and reconstructing yourself and your life without him or her.
  7. ACCEPTANCE & HOPE-
During this time, you will learn to accept and deal with the reality of your situation. Acceptance does not necessarily mean instant happiness. Due to the pain and turmoil that you have experienced, you can never return to the carefree, untroubled YOU that existed before this tragedy. But you will find a way forward.........Reference- recover from grief .com

Do You Feel Like You Are In a Pit And Cannot Get Out? There Is HOPE And Help!

Do you feel like you are in a deep pit of despair and that there is no hope in sight?

That is a frightening and lonely place to be.

Even though it may feel like there is no relief in sight, there is always hope.

Help is available!

Take a deep breath and -do what you can -with where you are -with what you have.

Let go of what you do not have control of.

Talk to someone who you trust and who is an uplifting and positive person.

It is so very helpful to get a support system.

Join a Sunday School class, join a small Bible study/ support group, attend support groups, attend a church and ask to speak with the pastor....reach out to someone who can offer you support.

You do not have to face your trials alone.

Talk to someone. Talk to a friend. If you do not have a friend, you can always talk to a counselor and to God.

God cares and Loves you. Reach out to someone for help. God will place people in your life to help you along in your trials and sadness....Just reach out your hand!

Do not worry. Worrying does not help anyone. Take the first step with what you are capable of doing and DO NOT GIVE UP!
