What Robs You Of Your Peace?

What Robs You Of Your Peace?

It is your thoughts?

We are often our worst critic.

We often get in our own way!

Do you stay in a negative or fearful mindset because it is all you have ever known? -- Because it is comfortable? -- Because it is your normal?

What types of things, thought processes, situations, people, etc. rob you of your peace?

What can you do about them?

What can you do to make positive changes so that you can live more peacefully?

Remember- if nothing changes, nothing changes!

You are Worthy!

A safe place to heal.

Be a HOPE CHANGER in your own life and in the lives of others!

Demonstrate self-care and optimism to facilitate healing and encourage others!

Feeling Lonely

Do you ever feel like you are all alone?

You can feel like this even surrounded by others!

Do you ever feel like it is you against the world and that it is just an overwhelming feeling?

You are not alone in how you feel.

Just know that you can choose to control how these feelings affect you.

You can choose not to let them consume you.

You can choose to demonstrate healthy ways to feel better.

You can:

-reach out to others who are safe and caring
-reach out to a Pastor
-reach out to a counselor
-go to a support group
-attend a small group at a church
-look up community activities such as "Meet Up" to try and make new friends
-PRAY!

-demonstrate healthy self-care behaviors while you are working on reaching out to others

It is also helpful to journal and to get out in nature.

You can also choose to use this time alone to develop your passions and interests.

Redefine who you are, what makes you- you!

Choose to find things to enjoy in life instead of focusing on being alone.

Remember also that you are never truly alone because Christ is always with you. God loves you with an everlasting love.

Also, try and remember that you are not alone in feeling the way that you do. We were made to be in relationships with others and feeling lonely is natural and normal.

Just try to demonstrate positive and healthy coping skills and self-care while working on seeking new friendships in healthy ways as well.

You are Worthy!

A safe place to heal.

How To Demonstrate Self-Care When You Don't Care About Yourself!

The A, B, C's of----
How To Demonstrate Self-Care
When-
You Don't Care About Yourself!

A. You need to make yourself do the basics first of all- like brushing your teeth, bathing, getting out of bed, etc.

B. Then, you need to force yourself outside daily. Get fresh air and sunshine year round. Take a short walk and then slowly add a couple more minutes to your walks. Repeat and repeat!!

C. Talk to yourself positively! Tell yourself that you are okay, that you will be okay over and over. Listen to positive music. Listen to positive podcasts. Talk to yourself in a positive way even if you do not feel it. Your thoughts will influence your feelings which will influence your actions and behavior!

   There is always Hope!
