Stressed? Try These Super Foods The Next Time That You Feel Anxious!

Certain foods can help reduce the effects of stress and anxiety!

Some of these are:
Bananas, Dark Chocolate- (YAY!), black and blue berries, tumeric, green leafy vegetables, oolong and green tea, salmon and fish, and nuts.
