Healthy Relationships- How To Identify An Important Element

Have you ever been in a relationship and lost yourself?

Did you become someone else in order to try and be what the other person wanted you to be?

Real love is an action and a commitment.

Moreover, genuine love allows you to be true to yourself and to your values and principles.

An emotionally healthy and loving partner will not ask you to be someone you are not. They will embrace what makes you who you are and encourage and inspire you to be a better person.

Yes, of course there will be compromising in a relationship. However, it should never cost you to lose sight of who you really are, your friends, family, dreams and goals, and your values and self-respect.
