No Sugar /Let's Walk/ Drink Water 90 Day Challenge- Take It With Me!



Take the 90 Day No Sugar/ Let's Exercise / Drink Water Challenge With Me!


Sugar is in most everything and is recently shown in research to actually feed and make cancer cells grow. It also is a leading cause of many other diseases. 

I challenge you to completely eliminate sugar from your diet (except for fresh fruit) for 90 days.

I also want to challenge you to exercise on a regular basis, preferably to walk outside. This way- you get the benefit of vitamin D in sunshine as well as fresh air. 

I also want to challenge you to drink more water all day in between meals.    

So it is 1, 2, 3! No sugar, walk outside, and drink more water. GO!

March is National Nutrition Awareness Month so I also want to encourage you to eat healthier as well!
