Benefits of Millet - Here Is To Your Health! (My Lunch Today)

My Lunch Today- millet, quinoa,  almonds, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, avocado, strawberries, and cucumber.

Millet -------- a grain that cooks like rice. There are many health benefits! 


Millet helps to regulate your thyroid, helps to prevent heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases, detoxifies your body, lowers cholesterol, builds your immune system and helps your kidneys and liver functions.
