Before You Can Heal- You have To Allow Yourself To Feel

In order to heal from emotional pain, you have to first allow yourself to feel the pain. 

You have to acknowledge it.

You have to identify it.

You have to get it out instead of stuffing it away.

You have to seek to understand and identify the root (reasons and triggers) behind the pain.

The only way to get past something is to work THROUGH it.


 There is ALWAYS HOPE and HEALING!!!!!!!!!!!
