Eat foods high in iron: 


Spinach, broccoli, kale, and other dark green  vegetables


Tofu 


Peas 


Lentils 


White, red, and baked beans


Soybeans


Chickpeas


Tuna 


Eggs 

Beet juice


Shrimp 


Brown Rice


Dried fruits, such as prunes, raisins, figs, and apricots


Beef (chuck roast, lean ground beef) 

Garlic
