Walking Barefoot On The Ground- The EXTREME Health Benefits!



There are EXTREME health benefits when you walk barefoot OUTSIDE - on the ground!


When you walk outside barefoot- you  experience electrically conductive contact of your body with the surface of the Earth. 

This is called Grounding or Earthing.
