F is for FUN!

Life is busy. It can get overwhelming. It is easy to feel guilty when we try and do something for ourselves because we often have so much to do.  

It is important to take time out for yourself away from all of your responsibilities to have some type of fun.

If you are a single parent to a small child and cannot leave them, then be creative to have some fun after they fall asleep.

Read something for fun. Watch a funny show. Start a new hobby of making something. 

It doesn't have to be something like a trip that costs a lot of money or nothing!

Walk in a park. Take pictures of nature. Learn how to dance. Learn a new skill. 

Treat yourself to some type of fun once in a while. It is part of self-care!
