Three Easy and Quick Coping Skills- When You Feel Anxious or Stressed

C is for Coping Skills

Today, I am going to talk about 3 quick and easy coping skills that you can do anywhere!

1- Take 3-4 slow cleansing breaths.

2- Talk to yourself in a positive way. Tell yourself, "I am okay" over and over.

3- Think of and visualize in your mind a peaceful and safe place in nature. Picture yourself in this peaceful place in your mind.
