Is A Support Group For You? Learn About Them!

Is a support group for you?

Some people prefer to meet one on one in an individual counseling session.

Others prefer to meet in a group setting in a support group.

It is best to utilize both services for optimum wellness and healing.

Some Advantages about Support Groups are :

...Many times they are free or low cost. (My support groups are always FREE).

...You can go and just listen if you do not feel comfortable talking.

...You make new friends who understand exactly what you are going through and how you are feeling!
