When we have hope, it sets our mind up to expect and to prepare ourselves for better things ahead. 



Think positive. Look for things to improve in your life. Have faith that God will turn things around in your life and use them for good no matter what they are!

Hope on the to concept of hope and surround yourself with people who will embrace this with you and watch your life change!
