Lift Your Spirits- Use These Tips

Go outside and get fresh air 
Take a walk
Get out in the sunshine 
Drink water in between meals 
Talk positive to yourself 
Read a positive self-help book 
Listen to a positive podcast 
Say positive affirmations out loud to yourself 
Listen to uplifting music 
Read the Bible 
Do something that you enjoy 
Watch a funny show
Engage in a hobby that you enjoy 
Learn something new 
Take a bath by candle light 
Take slow deep breaths
Make a vision board of your goals and dreams 
Visualize yourself out in nature at peace 
Get adequate sleep
Count your blessings 
Go to church 
Join a small group 
Be social 
Count your blessings
