Look Ahead of You- And Take That First Step!
While it is important to process and understandably to acknowledge your past, dwelling on the past too much can be counterproductive!
If you are stuck with hurt feelings due to something from your past, seek professional help on how to get THROUGH it.
You have to go through it to get past it.
If you do not, it will continue to surface in unhealthy ways.
After you seek help to work through things, work on letting things go that you no longer need to carry with you.
Then, look forward and LIVE BIG and in the PRESENT!
