Depressed? Sad? Lonely?

During the onset of the holidays, many people become extra sad, lonely and depressed.

It is important to seek positive support and not to stay isolated.

Reach out to a friend, family member, join a Sunday School class, attend a class of some sort, seek a support group, seek counseling.

Do not let your low emotions and feelings get worse. Take action. Seek support.

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8
