What Is Keeping You From Peace And Happiness? Look At These Possible Reasons

Here is a list of things that may be keeping you from peace and happiness:
 

The belief that fulfillment resides in the end result 

Complaining

Lack of self-love

Feeding Your fears

Negative self-talk

Expecting the worse

Not facing and working through problems

Not pursuing your passions

Not being yourself

Neglecting self-care

Not forgiving yourself or others

Not expressing your feelings

Holding grudges 

Lack of exercise, fresh air and sunshine

Not plugging into a support system

Making excuses 

Being afraid of change

Wanting instant gratification 

Keeping close ties to insensitive or abusive people


Over-amplifying the importance of physical
attractiveness

Social media 

Comparing yourself to others  

Holding on to regret and guilt 

Thinking you need to have the answers

Thinking that more money is the answer 

The need to keep everything the same
