There is ALWAYS HOPE!


When you feel down, remember that emotional pain is temporary. 

You can feel better by:

reaching out to someone and sharing your burden, 

demonstrating self-care, 

taking deep breaths, 

positive self-talk, 

prayer, 

sleeping, 

bathing, 

giving things time, 

and giving things to God in prayer.


You are Worthy!
