February Blues- Tips To Help You Feel Better

February Blues- Tips To Help You Feel Better

Valentines Day came and went. It can be a very difficult time for many people.

Our society places a lot of emphasis on couples, love, and holidays. It can be a constant painful trigger to many people who are alone.

Also, it is a painful reminder to people who are with others but whose situations and relationships are dysfunctional.

One of the best things that you can do is to not compare yourself and your life with others.

It is also helpful to once and for all- throw out any STINKING THINKING!

Choose to think positively.

Choose to have hope.

Choose to have faith.

Next, it is helpful to get moving. Move your body. Exercise! Get outside! Make a list of changes that you could make in your life.

Choose to be intentional with making positive changes in your thinking and in your life!

Also, always....... increase your self care!

Remember that your life matters and that you are worthy of positive changes and healing!

You are Worthy!

A safe place to heal.
