Support Groups That I Offer- They Are Not Just For The Person Needing To Make Changes And Heal, But Also For Family and Loved Ones

The Free Support Groups that I offer are not just for the individuals who are suffering themselves with what a specific support group is about, but also for loved ones and/ or family of those who are going through difficult times.

So if you would like to know more a topic that I have a support group for because someone that you care about is needing help, please let me know what group that you would like to attend and we would love to have you join us.

FREE Supports Groups Offered For Adults of All Ages
 Support groups are also for loved ones and family members

Depression, Feeling Hopeless, Anxiety, and Panic- Every 1st Saturday  at 10:00am- 11:15am- AND- Every 3rd Monday at 7:00pm- 8:15pm

Trauma, PTSD, (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)- Every 2nd Saturday at 10:00am- 11:15am

Abuse Recovery- Every 1^st Saturday at 2:00pm- 3:15pm

Grief and Loss (Including Miscarriage/ Infant Loss, and Stillbirth)- Every 3rd Tuesday at

7:00pm- 8:15pm

Groups are every month and open-group.

Registration is required.
