Change Your Eating Habits- For Better Mental And Physical Health

Society influences us to eat fast food and processed foods.

 These foods are causing most illnesses. 

Eating unhealthy affects your mental health and your physical health. 

They are intertwined. 

Most people that I talk to do not eat any raw vegetables. 

Raw vegetables should be most of your diet along with other real food. 

Real food is food that is not genetically modified and/or processed. 

Examples of real food is raw vegetables, fresh fruit, organic eggs, organic meats, and organic seeds and nuts.

Try and make one small change at a time toward making better food choices- for your health!
