The Grieving Process- Give Yourself Time

People grieve in different ways and in different time tables. 

Give yourself time to grieve and allow yourself to grieve what ever it may be......

The best way to grieve is to allow yourself to actually grieve. Talk about your loss. Journal regarding your loss. 

Demonstrate positive coping skills and self-care as you go through a difficult time.
