Research has shown that someone who is very down in spirits
actually feels better after they have gone through their difficult time than
they did before their low time.
It starts by opening up and sharing your problems and hurt feelings with someone else.
It starts by opening up and sharing your problems and hurt feelings with someone else.
After someone has gone through a difficult and low time, the
only way they can go is up! They actually get stronger and feel better
emotionally than before their difficult time.
They also learn from their difficult time and are able to
pull strength from their entire experience. This makes the person thankful and
wanting to share their new found strength and joy with others!
If you are facing adversity, seek help and support. There is
always hope and light at the end of the tunnel.
Extreme emotional pain is temporary.
Share your story with a trusted friend, pastor, or a counselor.
Attend a
support group.
There is help and hope for your life!
