The first
way to manage your emotions is to admit what you are experiencing and to just be
aware of your thoughts and feelings.
You can do this by engaging in deep
thought and beginning to accept what you are going through, journaling, and talking and sharing with a trusted
person in your life or..... with a counselor.
Admitting
what you are going through and everything that you are feeling is the first
step toward managing your emotions.
Thus, it is imperative to accept and admit
to yourself the thoughts and feelings that you are having instead of suppressing
them.
If you do
not admit and accept where you are emotionally when you are not managing your emotions
and feelings, the feelings and emotions will continue to resurface over and
over in ways that can be unhealthy.
These ways can be in the form of anxiety, depression, and
physical and mental illness to name a few.
Get in touch
with your true feelings and thoughts and ….accept where you are.
Next- it is important to have someone help you to ascertain where these emotions and feelings are rooted and to further explore why these roots are affecting you the way that they are.

Then- find an
emotionally healthy way to start to deal with them- such as talking to someone who
can help you to sort your emotions out.
Then ...Next- it is
vital to learn how to think more positive and less of:
self-defeating and irrational thoughts.
