Children and adults who spend too much time indoors may increase their risk of developing nearsightedness.
Researchers suggest that individuals need to go outside and be exposed to at least 90 minutes a day of natural light.

The number of Americans experiencing nearsightedness has increased 25 percent since 1971 in people aged 12 to 54.
Putting aside mobile devices and computers and spending more time outside will help the development of the eyes..... as well as help aid in overall health benefits!
