How one thinks will reflect how they feel and then how they act.
Your thoughts have a lot of control over your life.
If someone says something negative to you such as that you are worthless or you just feel that way and then you choose to believe that -- you reinforce those thoughts in your mind and then you will continue on in life acting according to those thoughts.
On the other hand, if you choose to believe that you are worthy and valuable and that you have the potential to make something of yourself and your life-- then your life will move positively in that direction!
Thus- manage your mind!!
