Painting- A Self- Care Hobby

I have wanted to go to a structured paint lesson for several years. I finally made it to one last night. I was surprised to find that it felt extremely therapeutic and relaxing! I highly recommend it! What is something that you have thought of that would be relaxing and a healthy coping skill for you to do to relax?
