Loving Self-Talk

How many times have you talked to yourself negatively or harshly?

How often do you have irrational thoughts and unhealthy core beliefs about yourself?

Now........ would you talk to someone that you love the same way? Usually, this is a no.

Ask yourself why/ what is preventing you from talking to yourself with the same kindness and love that you speak to others who are struggling.

Work on healing these self-defeating thoughts.

Part of self-care is self-love.
