It is healthy.
It is helpful.
It makes you feel better.
Allow yourself to be upset, hurt, mad, sad, and so on.
Allow yourself to cry, stay at home, stay in pjs, etc.......for a short while. THEN, get up, bathe, get dressed, and get out the door and remove yourself mentally from your pity party.
Think positive, talk to yourself positively, be productive, and do what you can do with what you have/ where you are at this point.
Then, let go of what you do not have control over.
Worrying does not help.
