One of the
best ways to make yourself feel better during or after a difficult time is to
reach out and help someone else.
No matter
what you are going through, there are others who have it worse.
Further, no
matter what you are going through, you can always be a blessing to someone else.
It can be something as small and a smile and an encouraging word.
I am not minimizing
your pain. I am just pointing out that you can be encouraging to someone else
in the midst of your difficulty and that it will bless YOU.
As each has received a gift, use it
to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 1 Peter 4:10
