Hello everyone! I’m so excited to share with you that I started a new Facebook page. It is called Self Care Smart. I am extremely passionate about self-care. Along with starting the page, I also started an online group that is connected to the Facebook page. It is a place where individuals can share self-care strategies and their struggles.
