It’s Whats For Dinner!



I am sharing with you my delicious dinner!

Fresh out of my organic garden- several types of greens, lettuces, spinach  and kale!

Then I added carrots, hard boiled eggs, nuts, cherries, strawberries, and grapes!

For dressing, I used a little organic plain kefir - which is like a liquid yogurt.

It’s whats for dinner! Here’s to healthy eating!

Just trying to encourage you to create healthy habits!

Good Food- Good Mood!
