Waking Up Your Body



Hello. I want to share what I drink every morning.

I warm up some filtered water in a pan. (I don’t own a microwave.) Then I squeeze a lemon in my drink. Next, I pour in a splash of apple cidear vinegar.

All of this is a healthy way to wake up your body in the morning!

      Lemons provide the body vitamin C.

 The lemon and vinegar provide a pH balance for your body, aids with digestion, regulates blood sugar, and more.

It is cleansing and healthy!

It is a good idea to then wait at least a half hour before eating.
