help.
Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle.

write the heading : What I do not have control over and need to let go.
On the other
side of the paper, write for the heading: Things that I do have control over-
and what I can do in a healthy and mature manner to best deal with it.
Then- start
writing! Then - implement what you
wrote down!

Diane received her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis Counseling.
Diane is under the clinical supervision of Michael Loftis L.C.S.W. as she pursues professional licensure as a LPC-MHSP.
Diane is also currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology.
