What Some People Think it feels Like





Some people think that depression is feeling sad.

Depression is much more than feeling sad.




Depression can also feel like some of the following:

Indecisiveness

Unwanted

Thoughts of death

Phobias

Inability to experience joy

Excessive worry over health

Irritability 

Want to stay in bed all day

Fatigue 

Reduction of physical moment

Brooding 

Self- harm thoughts and/ or behavior

Loss of interest in activities and/ intimacy


Shattered

Agitated 

Unhappiness

Stress

Rumination


Alone


Forgotten

Change of appetite


Different

Suicidal 

Terrified

Low spirits

Headaches 


Thrown away


Insecure


Unaccepted


Don’t fit in


Demoralized

Trouble sleeping
