Type-2 Diabetes- Plant Based Foods Can Help

There may be hope for the person who struggles with Type-2 diabetes.

Increasing the amount of plant based foods can help to mitigate the progress of this disease.

"Adding just two different kinds of fruits and vegetable to your weekly groceries can reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes by as much as eight percent."

Plants tend to be "rich in nutrients and low in calories."  Incorporating them into your diet can help you shed weight and lower blood pressure.
