Feeling Overwhelmed? Tips That Can Help

I often hear that individuals are overwhelmed.

Is this you?

It is easy to feel overwhelmed today in our society. Adults are overwhelmed. Teens are overwhelmed. Children are even overwhelmed.

Life is overwhelming.

Some things we are just not able to have any control over.

However, we can have control over some things that we feel overwhelmed about.

It is helpful to write down the reasons that you feel overwhelmed. List them on paper.
Then look at your list and separate them with what you do and do not have any control over.

Look at what you do have some control over. Ask yourself what you can do to make a change?

Prioritize what you feel that you need to get done. Then ask yourself what you can do different to help ease your stress in your life.

You have to change something to see a change!

What can you take off of you?

What/ who can you draw a boundary line with?

What can you do to help you to relax?

Do you feel like you may be close-minded about things, about change?

Try having a teachable heart and mind. Be open to trying things in a new way. Be open to making positive changes in your life.

Be open to healing!

Increase your self-care and self-love by making positive changes in your life today!
