Remembering Loved Ones During The Holidays- Who Have Passed

Society places a strong focus on family and togetherness during the holidays.

It can be a very difficult time for people who have had loved ones die.

As Christmas approaches, it can become more and more difficult for many people who miss their loved ones.

It is helpful if you do something special in your loved one's memory.

A good idea is to place their photo in an ornament to be placed on your Christmas tree.

Write down and journal your favorite memories about your loved ones.

Talk about your favorite memories to others who share your loss or who are supportive.

Volunteer or donate to charity in your loved ones name/ memory.

Let your feelings out and allow yourself to grieve.

LIVE LIFE! Your loved ones would not want you to stop living and mope around.

Celebrate the lives of your loved ones by making the most of your life!
