Take Pressure Off of Yourself

Do you feel like you are trudging along slow and sluggish and right in back of you is a bulldozer about to run you over if you do not makes changes in your life?

These changes can be alcohol intake, poor food choices, the need to exercise, the need to get fresh air and sunshine, the need to forgive, the need to call bill collectors and make financial arrangements, the need to get a job, the need to seek medical care, the need to reach out and seek mental health help and support and more.

Ask yourself today how you can make changes in your life to take pressure off of yourself so that you do not feel like the pressures of life could squash you.

Do something today to make a positive change toward taking some type of pressure off of you.

Then for now, let the rest go.

A step of a thousand miles starts with you taking the first step.
