Are You Feeling Overwhelmed? Take Life One Day At A Time

Most of us have heard of the expression to take things one day at a time. This is especially helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed with something in your life.

How would you eat an elephant if you needed to? Well, you would do it by taking one bite at a time. Apply this concept to things in your life that you may need to tackle and that are overwhelming to you

Do all you can do -with what you have -with where you are right now!

Then, tell yourself that you did the best that you could do and then let the rest go. When you get the opportunity to work on the next step of what needs to be accomplished, then repeat in doing what you can do that is in your power to do and then let the rest go.

I chose to do what I can in a given situation and then I turn over the rest to God. I LET GO AND LET GOD.  It is helpful to write down the things that you cannot do and to give them to God. A helpful way to put this into motion is to write the things down that you are giving to Him and to literally place the notes into a little box and call it your “God Box”.

This exercise of writing and placing it somewhere as you relinquish your concerns helps you to feel like you followed through in letting go of the things that you have no control of over -to God.

TAKE  ONE DAY AT A TIME! DO THE BEST THAT YOU CAN AND GIVE THE REST TO GOD AND -LET IT GO -INTO HIS HANDS!
